BTS Jungkook has shocked ARMYs over the disappearance of his official Instagram account from the platform. However, fans were relieved with the latest Weverse update.

BTS Jungkook shocks ARMYs by deleting his own Instagram account
On February 28th, ARMYs were surprised by the sudden disappearance of BTS Jungkook from Instagram, which alarmed fans online.

After losing his account, Jungkook posted a message on Weverse stating that he voluntarily deleted the Instagram app himself.
The Golden Maknae also assured fans that it was not hacked in the incident. Jungkook also clarified that he deleted Instagram of his own choice because he didn’t use the app much.
Fans have found Jungkook’s Weverse update both comforting and wholesome, and expressed how adorable it is for him to advise them.
Jungkook also mentioned that he will be using Weverse as his primary platform for interacting with fans from now on. Usage includes live broadcasts from Jungkook. What’s more, the idol went on to state that he probably won’t be using Instagram again.
“I left Insta, I wasn’t hacked. I didn’t use it so I just deleted it. Do not worry ! I prefer to do Weverse lives slowly.”
“I just don’t use it, what can I do! I also deleted the app and probably won’t use it again in the future! I warn you in advance!”

Armies react to Jungkook’s wholesome Weverse update
Fans were amused by Jungkook’s playful update, expressing how unpredictable and cool he is. ARMYs explained that the distance was fine with them as Jungkook had tried everything he wanted to do with the app.

Since their debut in 2013, BTS has always communicated with ARMYs through their shared social media accounts. On December 6, 2021, each member created their own individual Instagram account and surprised ARMYs.
