What we know about BTS Jimin’s debut solo album
We’re about a month away from BTS’ Jimin’s official solo debut and fans are excited!
Jimin unveils details of his album Face bit by bit, driving fans mad with anticipation.
tracklist
Jimin’s debut solo album is set to be released on March 24th and Jimin has revealed the tracklist for it.
The track listing features six songs, two of which – “Face Off” and “Like Crazy” – credit RM as a contributor.
The BTS member also appears in the credits of the English version of “Like Crazy,” which closes the album. “Face Off” and “Like Crazy” are both produced by Pdogg and GHSTLOOP.
Accompanying the track listing were artist notes, one of which reads: “Circle of Resonance”.
Jimin also referenced the album title, writing: “Face, the reflection of myself in an unknown appearance” etc “Facing the deepest part of yourself”.
Jimin continued to develop as a lyricist and composer, so expectations for more credits under his name were high. Luckily, Face will give us five songs that he was involved in the creative process for, including the title track “Like Crazy”.
Separately, BLVSH and Chris James, who previously worked with BTS on “Life Goes On,” collaborated on the lead track “Like Crazy” with Pdogg, GHSTLOOP, Jimin, RM, and EVAN. There will also be an English version.
Did the ARMYs find a clue?
Jimin has released “Behind the FACE,” a visual trailer that gives a brief glimpse into the making of his solo album.
The trailer showed Jimin working in the studio, playing guitar in a luxury apartment, and collaborating with producers and songwriters while listening to instrumental samples, backing vocals, and some lyrics from his upcoming album.
Obviously, eagle-eyed fans haven’t failed to analyze the trailer
A mystery was the content of the songs playing in the background. Once again, ARMYs were all in, and a savvy ARMY cranked up the video’s volume and discovered what sounded like explicit lyrics, with Jimin apparently saying “F*cking.”
I turned up the volume for the audio and it sounds like Jimin is singing the lyrics “over… you’re fucking over”. I can’t wait for this song 😭 pic.twitter.com/YyA6U4l7dV

We may not know the full verse until the song is officially released, but ARMYs know for sure that they’re ready to hear Jimin’s lyrics unfiltered.
The concept and the cover refer to the phenomenon of resonance
The physical album will be available in two versions: Invisible Face and Undefinable Face (plus a special Weverse Albums Edition).
The cover preview suggests a shiny, reflective material like a mirror, so your face is reflected on the cover. The bold title is covered with water ripples.
At the bottom of the cover, the phrases “circle of resonance,” “reflection of vulnerable thoughts and unseen wounds,” and “an echo, a tremor, and a small movement to reach out,” invite the listener to delve deeper into the concept.
Resonance is ubiquitous in nature and occurs when an object’s natural tone or frequency is amplified by additional vibration.
Using the phenomenon of resonance to express himself, Jimin hints at how everything he’s been through has taken him to this day, and how his every action reverberates to infinity.
Jimin will showcase his own musicianship with a distinctive timbre and impeccable dance performance.
