What Kazuha from LE SSERAFIM eats and drinks every day

A recently FIM LOGa series of vlogs by THE SERAFIM Members showed a preview of Kazuhaof daily life – from hanging out in the dressing room with its members to traveling to Japan sakura.

As Kazuha shows us the hidden moments of her life, she is seen eating different types of food and drinks. For example, the vlog begins with her and Sakura eating a wrap for dinner after their performance and receiving the award Les Fact Music Awards 2022.

On the day THE SSERAFIM filmed their “No Celestial” performance for a music show, the members each ordered a drink and Kazuha excitedly sipped an ice-cold lemonade.

After the fast and rainy lemonade run, the band returned to film their ‘Impurities’ performance – but not before Kazuha’s salad and bread lunch captioned “You can never starve.”

Another time, when Kazuha is in a dressing room with her members, she sipped on one Chilsung Cider Zero and nibbled Jagam Potato chips as a snack.

She also shared a sweet moment with her members, chaewon, you, and Sakura eating egg bread together. Kazuha pointed out that this was her second time trying egg bread, her first time at a musical performance.

Kazuha then showed fans her abs workout at home, which she does so often that she “deposited background music‘ and revealed how she keeps her body in shape.

Afterwards, Kazuha boarded a plane to Japan along with his Japanese colleague Sakura. As soon as they arrived, the two enjoyed sushi from a good sushi restaurant in Japan, according to Kazuha.

With LE SSERAFIM’s busy schedule, we’re happy to see Kazuha eating healthy and taking care of her body!
