WEi Cancels South America Tour; The agency denounces the attitude of the organizer – K-GEN

WEi will not perform in South America.

Next month the boy band was set to embark on the next leg of their world tour via South America, a tour that we recall will be without Kim Yo Han.

However, the South American dates have just been cancelled.

In a press release, OUI Entertainment announced:

” Bonjour,
This is YES Entertainment.

We would like to make an announcement regarding WEi’s upcoming tour in South America.

Please note that the South American tour has been canceled with the exception of the Mexico concert scheduled for June 4, 2023.

We inquired about visas and other matters that needed to be clarified beforehand to ensure a smooth process. However, we were told that we should continue the concerts without presenting a visa and continue to perform outdoors. Also, some concert announcements were not negotiated with OUI Entertainment prior to release.

Although we tried to continue the performances through continuous consultation, we felt it would be difficult to go ahead with the promoter, MC Entertainment, for this tour.

For this reason, we have decided to cancel all following concerts, with the exception of the Mexico City concert scheduled for June 4, 2023.

MEXICO, MERIDA
MEXICO, MONTERREY
LE SALVADOR, SAN SALVADOR
COSTA RICA, SAN JOSE
BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA, CARACAS
PORTO RICO, CAGUAS

If you have purchased tickets for the above concerts, please request a refund and cancellation from MC Entertainment. OUI Entertainment and Needslab Global&Culture are not authorized to issue refunds, however we will review this to ensure refunds and cancellations for all ticket holders.
