The 2nd Criminal Division of the Cheongju District Procuratorate announced that they had arrested and charged Mr. A, 23, and his accomplice B, 23, who assisted him with assault, such as violence.

The two defendants were charged by Criminal Division 2 of the Cheongju District Procuratorate. They should be sentenced to more than 10 years in prison under the Special Act on Sexual Violent Crimes.
