Junghwan from TREASURE is one of those idols that started particularly young. He was born in 2005 and debuted in 2020. He was just 15 years old when “BOY” was released.

Junghwan recently opened up about the difficulties he faced as a young boy in the world of K-Pop.

He admitted it to none other than co-leader and oldest member Hyunsuk in a one-on-one video called “T-Talk” that was posted to their YouTube channel.

In the video, Junghwan spoke of becoming famous at a young age, saying that it has been half a decade since he started training at YG Entertainment alongside its members.

“I started all this so young and grew up with you, it’s been five years. »

He revealed that the hardest part for him was breaking free at such a young age. He had to learn to manage his schedule between school and practice.

“I learned very early to survive and live on my own. »

Hyunsuk responded by revealing that he saw the plight of the maknae.
