According to the news, the female idol became a barista and cafe owner after the team of four and Brave Entertainment parted ways in February.
This fact became known especially after photos and videos of the singer in her cafe were shared in online communities.
Former Brave Girls Minyoung was reportedly trained to get her barista license and later franchise C.razer Coffee. Minyoung’s new branch is located near Kyung Hee University.
A fan-run YouTube channel also posted a video showing the interior, titled “Minyoung Cafe.”

She greeted fans with a happy expression and even took time to communicate with them while taking payment for drinks.
When asked for a fan’s menu recommendation, Minyoung asked for an easy-to-make menu, saying, “Everything is delicious,” and recommended a frozen americano, which she prepared immediately.

As soon as the cafe opened, Minyoung welcomed an overwhelming influx of fans placing orders. Despite this, she remained grateful and showed no sign of tiredness. She also showed her love to fans through fan service, such as giving them her autographs.
In addition to Korean fans, global supporters are also hoping for the success of Minyoung’s Café!

Although originally launched in 2011, the team reorganized in 2016 with the final members Minyoung, Yujeong, Eunji, and Yuna. They only became popular in 2021 after their song “Rollin” climbed the charts.
However, her subsequent songs didn’t have as much impact as her success, leading the agency to close the deal by announcing the end of her exclusive deal with Brave Girls and with her latest release, Goodbye.

Though the report states that the group has officially disbanded, Minyoung clarified that the members are still open to continuing as a quartet in the near future, hinting at a possible music release outside of Brave Entertainment.
“I can’t help but regret not being able to be with the members as a whole longer, but I’ve decided to respect everyone’s opinion and the four of us will always be together. I’ve confirmed it’s the same so I promise to meet fans again and I, Minyoung, will work hard to show more of my new side, so keep an eye out for my next steps and support me.”
