The Voice: What is the “superblock”, the show’s new rule?
On Saturday, TF1 launches the new season of The Voice, marked by the arrival of BigFlo and Oli, but also a new rule: the “Superblock”!
The launch of The Voice is an event every year, and every season brings its share of novelties. In addition to the double chair with BigFlo and Oli this year, Season 12 will be marked by the introduction of a new rule: the “Superblock”!
Previously, every trainer had a ban: the ability to block another trainer before they buzzed and turned. But there is now a deadly weapon: the superblock. A coach has not been banned, has buzzed and therefore faces talent. But another coach, who is also vying for the talent, sees that he can lose the talent and blocks the coach who flipped. The latter then turns his back on the candidate and can no longer have him on his team. Theoretically 1 superblock per coach for all blind auditions.
