According to published information, BABYMONSTER is a multinational girl group consisting of 3 Korean members (Ahyeon, Haram, Rora), 2 Thai members (Chiquita, Pharita) and 2 Japanese members (Ruka, Asa).
Haram, the last member to be featured, was chosen from an early age in recognition of his overflowing talent. She stood out from the crowd at the first monthly checkup with confidence and a relaxed demeanor when everyone was nervous. Haram drew attention with her vocal ability, which reminded viewers of Rosé (BLACKPINK.).

As the first member to be introduced, Ruka showed his talent as a trainee from Japan. She boasted a talent for dancing, a skill she’d been honing for 10 years, and a deep understanding of hip-hop, which drew rave reviews.

Pharita is a gem of Thailand. She was selected from 1,226 applicants and came to Korea for training. She is known for her powerful and confident singing voice as well as her captivating dance moves. Leaving the nest at such a young age, Pharita was determined and said: “I came from Thailand 3600km away with a dream of becoming a YG artist. My dream is so precious and I want it so badly.

Rora was chosen as an apprentice of YG Entertainment and a former member of U.SSO Girl. She is known as a “growth idol” demonstrating growth every day. She is considered the fastest growing member in the singing and dancing departments.

Asa drew attention to small details for her attention. It is his questions about the smallest details that help the trainee to learn the choreography the fastest. Asa’s rap coach praised her for her natural sense of rhythm, which could lead to various tongue twists and great diction.

Chiquita is the second Thai member to look a lot like Lisa (BLACKPINK). A bubbly personality and incredible dance skills, the youngest member of BABYMONSTER naturally draws attention.

Ahyeon is considered the “center” when it comes to stage presence and performance. Fluent in English and Chinese since the age of 5, Ahyeon can help bridge the gap between the domestic market and the overseas market.
