The Glory director apologizes over Soompi school harassment allegations
The director of The Glory has apologized.
On this March 10th, Ahn Gil Ho, the director of the drama The Glory, was accused of harassing the school. As a young man, he is rumored to have attacked a student in 1996 while he was studying in the Philippines.
According to media reports, Ahn Gil Ho slapped this fellow student for molesting his girlfriend, with the girl in question being the butt of ridicule at the time because of her relationship with Ahn Gil Ho.
The director’s lawyer said today:
“I am Attorney Kim Mun Hui of JIPYONG Law Firm, representing Director Ahn Gil Ho. Please understand that there has been a slight delay between the initial report and the release of our position.
Director Ahn Gil Ho had a girlfriend he started dating back when he was studying abroad in the Philippines in 1996, and when he heard that his girlfriend had been bullied because of him at school, he became momentarily emotional and inflicted an unforgettable injury on another person.
Director Ahn Gil Ho apologizes from the bottom of his heart to those who were hurt by this incident. If he had the opportunity, he would like to meet the person or at least have a phone contact to apologize.
