She then introduced singer Sabrina Carpenter to present TWICE the Breakthrough Award. After a round of cheers from ZWEIMAL fandom EINMAL, Quinta was shocked by her passion too!

Chaeyoung thanked everyone for the award and explained how much TWICE have believed in each other since their debut. She also mentioned how meaningful the event was to the group and highlighted the presence of all TWICE members on stage with ONCE watching over them.

The rapper said:

“Ever since we became TWICE, we have believed in each other to stick together and take a step towards our future. This moment is especially meaningful as all nine of us are standing here together in front of our fans who have made our dreams come true. .”

“This ‘Breakthrough Artist’ title proves that if you pursue your dreams with confidence, the people you support will always be part of your team. You will break through.”

TWICE’s Maknae Tzuyu continued to express his appreciation to fans. She also assured them that TWICE will always “break through” in the music scene.

“This achievement will forever motivate us to challenge ourselves and break down more barriers in the world.”

“We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has stood by our side on this journey, especially our fans, ONCE. With you by our side, TWICE will continue to break through.”

The event ended with a delightful performance by TWICE, who excited the audience with their second English track, “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE”.
