Rocky D’ASTRO leaves the group and Fantagio, fans and netizens react
On February 28th, ASTRO member Rocky surprised fans when he announced his departure from the group and his agency Fantagio.
Both Fantagio and Rocky left a message for fans.
Announcement by Fantagio
First, Fantagio announced:
” Bonjour.
C’est Fantagio.
First of all, we would like to say a sincere thank you to all the fans who are showing their love and support to Astro.
After extensive discussions with Rocky, who has been with us as an Astro member for seven years, it was decided that he would end his exclusive contract with our agency and his activities as an Astro member.
We thank Rocky for his best time as a member of Astro and will continue to support Rocky sincerely.
We also thank the many fans who have supported and watched Rocky, and we ask that you continue to show your unwavering interest and support as Rocky begins a new beginning.
Astro will continue as a five-piece group going forward, and with Fantagio, the members will focus on unit and solo activities for now. We plan to actively support them in this [les membres] can work in many different areas.

Rocky’s letter to the fans
Afterwards, Rocky left a handwritten letter on his Instagram for fans.
“Hello, this is Rocky.
I’m greeting the fans for the first time in a while. First I want to apologize for not being able to bring good news, but I thought it would be fair to let Arohas know this news first, so I’m writing a letter here.
I will leave Fantagio, who I have been with for 14 years, and end my activities at Astro. The time I spent promoting Astro’s Rocky was invaluable to me.

With your overflowing love and encouragement I have been able to grow and learn a lot.
