Nam Tae Hyun arrested for drunk driving by Soompi

Nam Tae Hyun was arrested for drunk driving.

On March 8, it was revealed by the Seoul Police Station that the former member of WINNER had been arrested by authorities while driving his car while drunk.

According to police, at around 3:20 am, Nam Tae Hyun opened his car door while he was parked on the curb, breaking the door mirror of a passing taxi.

After this accident, he then attempted to drive and crossed a distance of 20m before being arrested by the police.

Authorities then performed a blood alcohol test and his blood alcohol level was 0.114% above the legal limit.

His driver’s license was immediately confiscated and police say it was impossible to question him because he was so drunk, so he was escorted home and will be questioned later.

The police will therefore call him soon to ask him about the circumstances of the accident and his condition that night.
