Montauban: A 6-year-old girl died in my unexplained manner in the emergency room
A 6-year-old child named Elhana died of cardiac arrest in the emergency room at Montauban Hospital on December 21. A judicial investigation against X was opened by the public prosecutor.
Terrible drama in Montauban. On December 21, Elhana, a 6-year-old girl, died in the emergency room of the Montauban hospital in Tarn-et-Garonne, after going to the emergency room of the Toulouse hospital for the first time – this time Purpan , on 12/19.
Nothing was noted during auscultation at this first visit. The little girl and her parents were sent home but her symptoms of fever, cough and difficulty breathing did not go away.
The girl’s parents then decided to return to the emergency room, but too late. According to the autopsy performed, Elhana succumbed to a heart attack caused by “advanced severe infection syndrome”.
The young victim’s family filed a complaint against X, believing that the nursing staff must have made deficiencies that led to Elhana’s death.
On Wednesday, January 11, the Montauban prosecutor’s office opened an inquest against X to investigate the young girl’s brutal death.
