Shortly after, it was announced that the members would all stay together and join the same agency – 143 entertainment – continue to advertise as iKON.

Since 143 Entertainment is a much smaller label than YG Entertainment and the change is so recent, fans thought it would be a while before iKON could start promoting and releasing anything new. But it turns out that doesn’t seem to be the case at all!

On March 2nd, 143 Entertainment announced that iKON will embark on a world tour starting in May, taking the group through Asia, Europe and America.

This will be the first time iKON has done a world tour of this magnitude as their previous tours have not reached America and Europe. And considering they’ve been with YG Entertainment for seven years, it’s hard to believe they only got this opportunity now!
