SNSD Taeyeon shared a quote from Eckhart Tolle’s collection of essays, The Power of Now, beginning with on his Instagram story on March 19 “The greatest obstacle to connecting with existence is identification with spirit and self. It forces us to think constantly.”

The captured text read: “The inability to stop thinking is a terrible pain. However, since most people feel this pain, we don’t feel it and take it for granted. Constantly being tormented by noisy mental thoughts, we fail to discover the inner stillness that is inseparable from existence.
In this book, author Eckhart Tolle explains that all the pain and fear we feel comes from being trapped in the illusion of the past or the future. It states that what we believe to be the past or future does not exist and is just a fantasy created by our past experiences and thoughts.
Recently, Taeyeon has been attracting attention through her social media activities with meaningful posts. She captured and posted a quote from writer Kim Ttokki, which reads: “Everything has changed. thoughts, hearts and people. Everything that I thought would take forever finally changed.” and also captured a scene from the Netflix original series The Glory where Park Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon) tenders his resignation and writes his name “Kim Taeyeon” over it.
Meanwhile, Sunny, a member of Girls’ Generation, recently revealed that she is unaware of the SM Entertainment dispute and holds no related stock.
