The winners of 37th Japan Golden Record Awards were recently announced, and once again K-Pop’s global influence was evident as several K-Pop idols made the list of award-winning artists.
These are the five award-winning K-pop groups in the 37th Japan Golden Record Awards!
1. TRUE
“Best 3 New Artists (Asia)”
Entertainment with jellyfish jokes DESTRUCTION officially debuted in 2019 and debuted in Japan in June 2022. The group was named one of the top three new artists of the year 37th Japan Gold Record Awards.

“Streaming Song of the Year” (Asia)
“Best 3 New Artist” (Asia)
Guardian debuted in January 2022 after members competed on the idol competition show to join the group Girls Planet 999.
They debuted in Japan in August 2022 and won Streamed Song of the Year (Asia) for “WA DA DA” and were also named one of the top three new artists.
