Disney+ wows fans with incredible range of K-content: ‘Not an American drama, but a Korean one?’ • Kpop News

OTT platform Disney+ has unveiled its 2023 K-content offering, delighting fans with plenty of amazing works.

Following the hit original series Big Bet, the OTT Disney+ platform unveiled an incredible selection of K-content for 2023 and caught viewers’ attention.

First, Disney+’s lineup of original series immediately grabs attention with high-quality projects featuring the best Korean production teams and actors.

One notable project is office K-drama Race, starring Lee Yeon Hee, Hong Jong Hyun, Moon So Ri, and Jung Yun Ho, which tells the story of South Korean office workers struggling to survive in diverse work environments. The show is scheduled to premiere on May 10th.

Subscribers are also eagerly awaiting the second season of the investigative thriller “Shadow Detective”. The series will continue to follow male lead Kim Taek Rok (Lee Sung Min) as he returns to track down the mastermind behind the blackmailer Friend.

In addition, Han River features an all-star cast including Kwon Sang Woo, Kim Hee Won, Lee Sang Yi, Bae Da Bin and Shin Hyun Seung, who transform into Han River police officers.
