BTS’ Jimin talks about the meaning of “Pt. 2” and his relationship with Suga

But the question remains: Why exactly did BTS member “Pt. 2” added to the song title? As fans know, Jimin has never released a song titled “Set Me Free” before.

It turns out it has something to do with the partner. Sugar! According to the singer “Pt. 2” is a reference to a track from the rapper’s second song August d mix tape, J-2.

Jimin went on to say that they never intentionally tried to connect the two. However, he noticed that the letters were very similar to each other. Her song is about freedom and breakthrough while Suga is about the stories that came before. It made him realize that making his single would be a good idea.to come after.”
