BTS fans slam nominees for 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards
The nominations for the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards, one of America’s music industry awards, have been announced.
BTS had two nominations, and ARMYs have something to say about them.
BTS was nominated for Best Music Video for “Yet to Come,” the lead single from their anthology album released in June, and for Best Fan Army.
Jungkook will be taking on his band with “Left and Right,” his collaboration single with American singer-songwriter and producer Charlie Puth, which received a Best Music Video nomination.
But fans think a key nomination is missing.
Considering BTS’ tremendous popularity, sales, critical acclaim, and collaborations with other major artists, ARMYs are shocked that BTS has been nominated for Best Music Video and Best Fan Army (both social voting categories), but not Best Duo / the best group of the year.

With iHeartRadio Music Awards nominees being selected on the basis of “overall performance data,” ARMYs are impressed with the group’s performance.
