BOYNEXTDOOR Unveils First Music Video, Korean Netizens Are Mixed
The group BOYNEXTDOOR, produced by ZICO under his label Koz Entertainment, has finally unveiled itself!
The six-piece group released a music video for “But I Like You,” one of three tracks from their upcoming debut project WHO!”, a week before their official debut, which will take place on May 30th.
Three of the group members – Jaehyun, Taesan and Woonhak – are also credited as the songwriters of the track and showcase their talent.

In the new music video, which was released on May 23rd, the members of BOYNEXTDOOR find themselves in a rivalry as they all have a crush on the same girl.
They then discuss the fleeting interactions they share with their lover, each trying to figure out how to seduce her.
International fans said they were delighted with the group’s fresh concept, which fits well with the ages of the members. The music is easy to hear and has a light melody.
Korean netizens seemed more mixed about the song and the concept, with some liking it and others finding it boring.

In addition to “But I Like You,” their debut album will include the songs “One and Only” and “Serenade,” all co-produced by Zico collaborator Pop Time. The Block B rapper also serves as a producer and lyricist on “One and Only.”
