Bang Si Hyuk Says He’s Buying Out SM To Stop K-POP Slowing Down Internationally Soompi

Bang Si Hyuk made many statements on CNN today.

CNN’s Richard Quest caught up with the HYBE founder to ask him questions during an interview in which Bang Si Hyuk specifically said that KPOP idols should debut as soon as possible.

During the interview, he also gave his take on K-POP in the world.

When asked how K-POP is viewed in the rest of the world, Bang Si Hyuk replied: “That is my biggest concern. »

Then he explained: “If we look at our export indicators and stream development, the slowdown in K-POP development is actually very clear. »

“It would be nice if it was just a temporary phenomenon caused by BTS’s military service, but I doubt it. K-POP as a genre could be in a dangerous situation right now and is running out of steam around the world.”he added.
