APINKs are discussing a possible new contract extension.

After making their debut in 2011, the girls renewed their contract for the first time in 2018. In 2021, Chorong, Bomi, Jung Eunji, Namjoo and Hayoung renewed their contract a second time, and only Son Naeun left the agency before officially leaving the group in 2022.

On February 23, IST Entertainment announced that the members’ contracts are about to expire and negotiations are ongoing.
