Anne Didier (France Télévisions) replaces Anne Viau as Head of French Fiction at TF1
Precisely given the sometimes complicated encounters between TF1 and France Télévisions, it is a good catch for the first channel over its competitor, since Anne Didier becomes the new director of French fiction.
While France Télévisions often overtakes the front page in the race for viewership, it secures a very good “war prize” in the person of Anne Didier, who has been appointed head of French fiction at TF1 to replace Anne Viau, who is leaving the group after 12 years. After Marie Guillaumond, Anne Viau did much to renew French fiction on her channel, spreading a wind of boldness and innovation that has been good for our fiction. As a replacement, the front page chose Anne Didier, the former assistant director of French fiction (directed by Anne Holmes).
As announced in a press release from the broadcaster: “Anne has all the necessary skills to carry out her missions. His experience and perfect knowledge of the creative ecosystem are of great benefit. Anne can count on a talented team at her side. I wish him every success in his new role.‘”. Among the missions that await the new boss of TF1 Fiction there is one that catches our attention: “continue to expand and strengthen the range of daily soap operas“. A confirmation of the almost announced relaunch of better life ?
