The Korea Business Research Institute released the brand reputation rankings for female K-pop idols for April. The list includes data derived from factors such as consumer engagement, communication, community awareness, media coverage and exposure. The ranking was created using more than 635 female idols collected from March 16th to April 16th.

1.BLACKPINK Jisoo

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo reigned supreme on the brand reputation list for girl group members in April with an index of 8,544,173. This score reflects Jisoo’s increase of 74.27%, beating his previous score in March.
Jisoo caught everyone’s attention with her solo debut, in which she released her debut single “ME” alongside the title track “FLOWER”. The singer and actress is trending due to her promotions, achievements and performances.
Words like “FLOWER”, “world tour” and “YouTube” were included for his keyword analysis. She also received 92.73% positive feedback on her positivity-negativity analysis.
2. Minji from NewJeans

NewJeans’ Minji swapped places with Jisoo following his March rankings. Member NewJeans secured second place with a Brand Reputation Index of 3,377,165.
3. Hanni de NewJeans

NewJeans’ Hanni followed teammate Minji in third place with a Brand Reputation Index of 3,163,464.
4. Jennie from BLACKPINK

BLACKPINK Jennie ranked #4 with a Brand Reputation Index of 2,724,103. The idol is also trending due to her performances at Coachella 2023 with her band. Jennie became a topic of conversation at the event due to her charisma.

Haerin rounded out the top 5 with a Brand Reputation Index of 2,482,514.
6. BLACKPINK Rose

BLACKPINK lead singer Rosé amassed a total of 1,981,122 for her April Brand Reputation Index. She’s also trending for the same reasons as the other BLACKPINK members due to her stage at Coachella. However, she also went viral because of the dating rumors that linked her to actor Kang Dong Won.

Finally, IVE member Jang Wonyoung received a brand reputation index of 1,952,091.
